Job description:

Business Development Executive (Remote)

Industry: IT (Web, App & Software Sales – SaaS / PaaS)
Exp: 0–3 yrs (BD / Sales / Client Relations)

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by selling digital & SaaS solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations to contract closure
  • Build a strong pipeline through prospecting & outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions and position solutions based on ROI.
  • Deliver pitches, demos, and presentations to SMEs & enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Track pipeline & KPIs using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT / SaaS sales with successful closures.
  • Strong skills in lead generation & prospecting.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and comfortable with CRMs & reporting.
  • Self-motivated, with a consultative approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
