Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our furniture and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new projects, managing client relationships, coordinating promotions, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role requires strong sales skills, client handling expertise, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to execute projects smoothly.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in furniture and interior projects
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Pitch furniture and interior solutions to residential and commercial clients

Client Relationship & Follow-up

  • Act as a Client Relationship Manager throughout the project lifecycle
  • Regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and execution teams

Project & Promotion Management

  • Manage new interior and furniture projects from inquiry to execution stage
  • Plan and support promotional activities, exhibitions, site visits, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain proper documentation for proposals, quotations, and contracts

Pricing & Negotiation

  • Prepare pricing proposals based on pricing strategy and cost analysis
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure clarity in scope and pricing with clients

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, site team) for smooth project delivery
  • Support junior sales staff or project coordinators when required
  • Ensure timelines, commitments, and client expectations are met

Leadership & Management

  • Team coordination and basic team leadership skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities

Language & Communication

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Clear, confident communication with clients and internal teams

Industry & Experience Requirements

  • Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or related industry preferred
  • Understanding of interior project workflows and customer expectations
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
