Responsibilities:
 Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead-generation channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
 Understand client requirements and present solutions that align with their business needs.
 Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings and market them effectively.
 Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
 Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
 Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build a network of potential clients.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/technology industry.
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
 Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
