Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead-generation channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
Understand client requirements and present solutions that align with their business needs.
Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings and market them effectively.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build a network of potential clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT/technology industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
