Brief Job Description:
Lumina Projection Screens is launching innovative projection screens for Home Theatres and Corporates with distributors across many cities in India where it provides after sales related servicing and installations to customers.
Lumina Projection Screens is looking for sales and distribution professionals who can build its product distribution channels. The key responsibilities for the position are-
· Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
· Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
· Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
· Identifies and reports/suggests product improvements or new products by collecting customer feedback and remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors, implement plans to combat competition
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
· Reaching the targets and goals set by establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
· Developing sales strategies and recruiting and training sales staff if needed in future.
· Prospect and appoint direct selling agents like Consultants, Architects, Interior Decorators.
· Prepares partners to develop markets by developing and conducting sales and technical training programs; conducting joint seminars; managing trade show participation.
· Uses sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
