Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries from students and parents.
  • Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
  • Provide detailed information about programs, fees, batches, and institute services.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
  • Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation.
  • Assist in sales activities, lead management, and daily follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with trainers, admin, and management for smooth batch operations.
  • Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and student interactions.
  • Handle front desk tasks such as greeting visitors and managing basic admin work.
  • Achieve monthly admission and sales targets set by the management.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good convincing and counselling ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
  • Ability to handle students professionally.
  • Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any stream)
  • Freshers & experienced both can apply.
