Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries from students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
- Provide detailed information about programs, fees, batches, and institute services.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain student records, admission forms, and documentation.
- Assist in sales activities, lead management, and daily follow-ups.
- Coordinate with trainers, admin, and management for smooth batch operations.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and student interactions.
- Handle front desk tasks such as greeting visitors and managing basic admin work.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets set by the management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
- Ability to handle students professionally.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
