We are expanding our global footprint and are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and representing our company professionally in international markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build strong relationships, and close deals for mobile applications, websites, SaaS products, and AI solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach, and personal networks
  • Generate qualified leads for mobile app development, web development, SaaS products, and AI solutions
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and new clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and demos
  • Create daily and weekly activity and pipeline reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to propose optimal solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales
  • Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, CRM, etc.)
  • Ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals independently
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: PKR 25,000 – 55,000
  • High commission on each successful deal
