- Manage and respond to incoming inquiries, driving client acquisition by converting leads through meetings, negotiations, and closing proposals for bookings.
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat participation in exhibitions and events.
- Maximize business opportunities from inquiries and leads by presenting proposals, following up, conducting meetings, and securing deals.
- Oversee existing client accounts to ensure timely exhibition bookings.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments and maintain revenue flow.
- Identify and develop new market segments to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
- Coordinate with the Event Director to target high-value clients and align sales strategies with available exhibition floor space.
- Prospect and approach new corporate clients through research, networking, and effective cold calling.
