Business Development Executive – Building Materials & Hardware Sales (Experienced) Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in building materials and hardware sales to expand our market presence and grow key accounts. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, an established network, and a passion for closing deals and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the building materials and hardware market
  • Manage and grow relationships with contractors, distributors, retailers, developers, and project stakeholders
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building materials, construction supplies, or hardware sales
  • Strong understanding of the local market, pricing structures, and customer segments
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of contractors, developers, or hardware retailers
  • Experience handling large projects or key accounts
  • Knowledge of construction cycles and procurement processes

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
