Business Development Executive (Chemical Industry)

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Required Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Timing: 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays On)

Industry: Industrial Chemicals

Location: PECHS, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as industrial chemical sales, particularly within the paints, inks, polymers, plastics, and textile sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Promote and sell industrial chemical products to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to expand business networks.

Required Skills ad Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in industrial chemical sales, particularly within the paints, inks, polymers, plastics, and textile sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand technical requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
