About the Role

We Aspire Education Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Corporate Training to expand our corporate client portfolio and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will identify organizational training needs, develop tailored proposals, and manage long-term partnerships across various sectors including healthcare, education, hospitality, government, and private organizations.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in corporate training, education services, or B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients and institutions
  • Promote corporate training programs including healthcare courses, professional development, leadership, soft skills, and vocational programs
  • Develop a strong B2B sales pipeline through calls, meetings, networking, and events

Proposal Development & Closing

  • Assess client requirements and prepare customized training proposals and quotations
  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to structure delivery plans
  • Lead negotiations and support contract finalization
  • Ensure timely deal closure and target achievement

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Act as primary contact throughout the training lifecycle
  • Support renewals and additional program opportunities

Reporting & Market Awareness

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights
  • Represent the company at industry events and corporate presentations

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training, or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with HR, L&D departments, and decision-makers
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Target-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
