Alif Media a sister company of Traventure is looking for a highly motivated, professional, and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, bring clients, and drive revenue growth for our digital marketing agency.
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of both digital marketing sales and agency operations, with the ability to confidently pitch services, coordinate with internal teams, and support smooth project execution when required.
This role requires complete understanding of Alif Media’s services, workflows, and deliverables across digital marketing, creative, branding, websites, SEO, paid ads, social media, and e-commerce solutions.
The candidate must be capable of not only selling services, but also understanding how projects are operationally executed to ensure professional client communication, accurate pitching, smooth coordination, and long-term client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business for:
- Social Media Marketing
- Paid Advertising
- Branding & Creative Services
- Website Development & E-commerce
- SEO & Google Business Profile Management
- Video Production & Digital Campaigns
- Identify and approach potential clients through:
- Corporate outreach
- Networking
- Referrals
- Digital channels
- B2B sales activities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches
- Convert leads into long-term business relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Operations Coordination & Client Management
- Understand project workflows, deliverables, timelines, and operational processes
- Coordinate effectively with creative, marketing, web, and operations teams
- Maintain strong client communication and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and project coordination after deal closure
- Support operations team wherever required for smooth execution and delivery
Market Growth & Strategy
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities
- Support agency growth initiatives and partnerships
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and reporting
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in:
- Business Development
- Sales
- Digital Marketing Agency Sales (preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Social Media Marketing
- Paid Ads
- Branding & Creative Services
- Websites & E-commerce
- SEO & Digital Marketing Workflows
- Strong understanding of both sales and operational side of agency services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience in B2B/corporate sales is a strong advantage
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented personality
