LAPS School Franchise Head Office urgently requires a highly competitive Female Business Development Executive for its Sales Department.
JDs:
- Identify and research potential markets for school franchise expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new franchise partners.
- Generate leads through networking, events, online channels, and cold calling.
- Present the franchise model and value proposition to prospective investors.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for new franchise locations.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process.
- Assist in setting up new franchise schools in collaboration with internal departments.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for franchise acquisition and revenue.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, education expos, and seminars.
- Prepare and present business proposals and franchise agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Provide support during the launch phase of new franchise schools.
Requirement:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s/MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality suitable for client-facing roles.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and investors.
Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience of a reputed school
