Business Development Executive Female

LAPS School Franchise Head Office urgently requires a highly competitive Female Business Development Executive for its Sales Department.
JDs:

  • Identify and research potential markets for school franchise expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new franchise partners.
  • Generate leads through networking, events, online channels, and cold calling.
  • Present the franchise model and value proposition to prospective investors.
  • Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for new franchise locations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
  • Guide prospects through the entire franchise acquisition process.
  • Assist in setting up new franchise schools in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for franchise acquisition and revenue.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, education expos, and seminars.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and franchise agreements.
  • Coordinate with legal, marketing, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Provide support during the launch phase of new franchise schools.

Requirement:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s/MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality suitable for client-facing roles.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and investors.

Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience of a reputed school
