Job Summary:

Trans Global Services is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
• Communicate with potential international clients and present company services professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or similar tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
• Must be comfortable working in the night shift.
