Business Development Executive- Fit Out

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our interior fit-out company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven experience in securing fit-out projects, and a strategic approach to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful projects.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development for interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing high-value fit-out contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s interior fit-out market and local regulations.
  • Valid UAE driving license is required.
