Job Title Business Development Executive – Geotechnical Services (KSA)

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Experience 3–5 years in geotechnical business development or related technical sales

Role Overview

We are looking for a focused and proactive Business Development Executive with geotechnical industry knowledge, preferably from a B.Tech Civil Engineering background/ M Tech Geotechnical, Geophysics, Geologists back ground to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our geotechnical projects in the KSA region.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling geotechnical or civil testing services, a good understanding of the regional construction market, and the ability to independently visit clients and take ownership of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and engage with potential clients in the geotechnical and infrastructure sectors

across KSA.

 Identify the new/ongoing construction projects and business opportunities of civil testing

services. Visit to site office/main offices to meet clients, contractors, consultants, ministries.

 Preparation/submission of proposals, pre-qualifications. Follow up on submitted proposals.

 Maturing leads and closing sales deal Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly sales target.

 Submission of sales report on quarterly and yearly basis.

 Relationship building with client’s information logging on CRM. Work closely HOD on all

aspects of selling, as required. Identify and pursue "large deals" as needed to build sector

top line growth.

 Comply with and follow the company's Sales Standard Operating Procedure, including all its

policies and guidelines.

 Ensure 100% achievement of assigned company target as per KPI take full ownership yearly

sales target. Visit clients to get jobs as well ensure the collection of dues within due date as

support to the account department.

 Adopt a team approach to working both within own group and other departments. Support

lab manager at the time of auditing to provide necessary commercial documents.

 Promote and sell geotechnical investigation and testing services to contractors, consultants,

and project developers.

 Make regular client visits to build relationships, understand requirements, and close

business deals.

 Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure effective service delivery.

 Track revenue targets, manage sales pipeline, and provide regular reporting.

 Ensure timely follow-ups on payments and client commitments.

 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and site meetings when required.

Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related technical background.

 experience in geotechnical or civil testing services or similar industry

 3–5 years of relevant business development sales experience in the region.

 Must hold a valid KSA driving license and be comfortable with regular client visits.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

 Results-driven mindset with accountability for revenue growth.

 Must be open to travel to all GCC

Preferred Attributes

 Self-motivated and able to work independently.

 Prior experience working with ISOIEC accredited labs is an advantage.

 Familiar with local construction workflows and geotechnical project requirements.
