Role Overview:
We are looking for a Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) who can generate new business opportunities and bring clients for our HR services. This is a commission-based role suited for self-motivated individuals with strong networking and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring:
- Blue-collar recruitment
- White-collar recruitment
- Manpower supply
- HR shared services
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with internal HR/recruitment teams
- Negotiate terms and close business deals
- Ensure smooth handover of client requirements for execution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development / sales / HR consultancy (preferred)
- Strong network in industries hiring manpower
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
Compensation:
- Commission-based earnings (no fixed salary)
- Attractive commission on each successful deal / closure
