Business Development Executive We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating structured outreach through cold calling to prospective clients across targeted industries. This includes identifying decision-makers, presenting the organization’s value proposition with clarity and professionalism, and fostering initial engagement that leads to qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate persistence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to establish credibility and rapport in early-stage client interactions. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system. Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Required Skills & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is preferred. Proven call center job experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
