Business Development Executive – International Sales (Night Shift)

If you’ve spent the last year or two honing your sales skills and are ready to take on the international market, this is the role for you. AsappStudio is looking for a Business Development Executive who is past the "intern" stage and ready to own their own pipeline.

We need someone who understands the hustle of lead generation but is also ready to start managing client conversations and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Lead Generation: Independently hunt for high-quality leads using LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B platforms.
  • Outreach & Conversion: Own the cold outreach process—writing personalized emails and messages that actually get responses.
  • Pitching & Proposals: Tailor business proposals and presentations to meet the specific needs of international tech clients.
  • Client Relationship Building: Move beyond just "finding" leads to nurturing them and building long-term professional trust.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly targets for lead conversion and pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (IT/Software industry experience is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills. You should be able to write professional, persuasive copy and feel comfortable in verbal communication.
  • Sales Knowledge: Proven understanding of the sales funnel, from prospecting to initial closing stages.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable with the Night Shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM).
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
