Applivity Pvt. Limited is a rapidly growing global IT services and staff augmentation company providing software development, technology solutions, and outsourcing services.

We are expanding our business development team and looking for a Business Development Executive (IT) to drive client acquisition and business growth across international markets, particularly the US. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology and business development who are eager to grow into senior roles.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Applivity’s IT services globally. You will work closely with senior management to execute sales strategies, manage client communication, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential clients in target international markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with decision-makers.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.

Sales Coordination & Collaboration

  • Work closely with technical and management teams to align client needs with company services.
  • Track and report business development activities and key performance metrics.
  • Participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve strategy and results.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or client acquisition (international or local).
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development and IT services (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
