SM Remote Hires is an international recruitment and staffing agency that connects businesses with top remote talent across industries such as real estate, recruitment, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join our team and drive client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote sales and cold calling to generate new leads and close deals.

• Identify and target potential clients in the real estate and recruitment industries.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to showcase SM Remote Hires’ solutions.

• Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on international clients (UK, USA, UAE, Canada, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in remote sales and cold calling.

• Strong background in the real estate and recruitment industries (must-have).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus.

Job Details:

• Position: Permanent (Remote)

• Work Hours: Flexible – target-driven role

• Compensation: Competitive salary + commission structure
