VIION Technology is expanding its SaaS product portfolio and is looking for a Business Development Executive who can drive product adoption, generate leads, close sales, and ensure excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who understands product-based selling and can handle both sales and client support lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, referrals, and other digital channels
- Present and sell SaaS products to local and international clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Onboard new customers and guide them on product usage
- Provide basic customer support and coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer retention and renewals
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing customers
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and follow-ups
- Meet monthly sales and growth targets
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year experience in sales, SaaS, or business development
- Experience in lead generation and outbound sales
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand and explain software products to non-technical clients
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or web-based products
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
- Experience with SaaS product sales or subscriptions
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Experience handling international clients
- Understanding of digital products or tech ecosystems
