Sales Executive - Local Business Development

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our digital marketing agency and help us grow our client base in the Pakistan local market.

The ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with local businesses, approaching potential clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and approach potential clients who need digital marketing services

● Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, visits, referrals, LinkedIn, and social media

● Communicate with business owners and decision-makers professionally

● Understand client requirements related to social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, branding, and websites

● Present suitable digital marketing solutions based on client needs

● Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic sales presentations for agency services

● Schedule and conduct client meetings (online/offline)

● Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients

● Build strong relationships with new and existing clients

● Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, content) for smooth client onboarding

● Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales progress

Requirements

● 2–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client dealing (preferably in digital marketing or agency environment)

● Experience in the Pakistan local market will be preferred

● Strong communication and negotiation skills

● Confidence in meeting clients and closing deals

● Good understanding of digital marketing services and client requirements

● Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

● Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, websites, and branding is required

● Must be active, self-motivated, and result-oriented

Preferred Candidate

Someone who has strong local market connections, understands Pakistani business culture, and can confidently pitch digital marketing services to generate quality leads and close deals.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
