1. Job Purpose
The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for signage, branding, and advertising projects.
The role focuses on identifying potential clients such as retail brands, malls, contractors, developers, and corporate companies, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and approach new potential clients in sectors such as:
- Retail brands
- Shopping malls
- Restaurants & cafes
- Fit-out contractors
- Real estate developers
- Corporate offices
- Generate new project opportunities for signage and branding works.
Sales & Client Management
- Present company services including:
- Internal & external signage
- LED channel letters
- Wayfinding signage
- Totems & pylons
- ACP cladding signage
- Billboards and unipoles
- Branding and advertising solutions
- Arrange client meetings and site visits.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and project managers.
Quotation & Proposal Coordination
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare quotations.
- Submit proposals and follow up with clients.
- Negotiate project terms and pricing.
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Track and manage sales pipeline and opportunities.
- Maintain a record of prospects, leads, and conversions.
Market Research
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new sectors and business opportunities.
Payment Follow-up
- Coordinate with the accounts department for client payment follow-ups.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
3. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales or business development
- Experience in signage, advertising, fit-out, or construction industry preferred
4. Required Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation ability
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Good knowledge of Saudi business market
- Self-motivated and target-driven

- Monthly sales revenue generated

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per month
