Student Recruitment
- In liaison with the Head of Recruitment and Student Services, plan and execute a range of activities to ensure all recruitment and admission targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved
- Create weekly business development reports using CRM & excel for the whole Business Development (Student Recruitment) team which will be presented by your manager in the weekly board meetings
- In liaison with CUQ’s Admissions Team, ensure the seamless transition of all prospective student leads
- Follow up on all leads and application statuses by phone/email as per CUQ processes
- Ensuring all relevant recruitment emails/letters/phone calls regarding enquiries/applications from students are dealt with efficiently and effectively as per the admission process
- Corporate and Employer Engagement / Ministries Engagement
- Be responsible for engaging with corporate clients, including the establishment and monitoring of Prime Strategic Partnerships, ensuring performance indicators are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with key employers with the purpose of establishing mutually beneficial business opportunities e.g. work placements, internships, services, training and development needs
- In liaison with the Marketing Officer, develop strategies to promote CUQ Univeristy programmes to businesses and employers and arrange meetings to promote CUQ university and maximise applications/enrolments
- Network across Qatar to ensure maximum opportunities for recruitment are developed and realized
- Prepare and deliver a variety of presentations to corporate entities outlining all CUQ/Ulster programmes and other relevant information
- Nurture & manage relationships with Ministries and Governmental agencies to secure enrolments for CUQ Ulster University.
Marketing
- In liaison with CUQ’s Marketing Officer and the Head of Recruitment and Student Services, assist with campaign strategy, content production, advertising, marketing and brand enhancement activities
General
- The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as requested by his/her manager.
- The post holder may be required to work at any of the location at which times the business of CUQ is conducted.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Education (Higher Education preferred)
- Experience of B2B and B2C selling of services or products
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related subject
- Masters qualification in a related subject
- Must be locally available in Qatar and can provide NOC.
