About the Role:
Sendian Group is seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Executive to lead growth across our expanding technology partnerships and in-house digital services. This role is ideal for a candidate who can bridge strategy with execution — opening doors to enterprise and government clients, representing our international tech partners, and acquiring small-to-mid scale digital projects that we can deliver internally.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Tech Partnerships & Growth Enablement
- Represent Sendian Group and its partner companies in key client meetings across public and private sectors
- Drive qualified opportunities for enterprise tech solutions such as QA, cloud, software development, automation, and more
- Liaise with international partner teams for demos, proposals, and technical support
- Coordinate and facilitate tender submissions and prequalification documents
- Maintain high-level relationships with industry stakeholders to secure long-term business
2. Direct Sales of In-House Digital Solutions
- Generate and close direct projects that Sendian Group can execute internally, including:
- AI Chatbots
- Company websites and landing pages
- Custom web/mobile apps
- Branding and digital marketing packages
- Understand client needs, prepare proposals, and manage project coordination with our in-house or freelance teams
3. Pipeline Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, deals, and progress with both internal and partner projects
- Track commission eligibility and KPIs
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports for management
- Support visibility at tech/digital events or networking opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management within tech or digital services
- Excellent understanding of general technology domains (software development, QA, cloud, AI, apps, etc.)
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-level discussions with both local clients and global partner teams
- Bilingual (Arabic and English) is mandatory
