Job Summary:

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling services over the phone, engaging with prospective clients, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the firm's services and offering initial consultations.
  • Qualify leads by assessing client needs and matching them to appropriate services.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads from various marketing channels.
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value of the firm’s services to potential clients.
  • Close sales by converting leads into clients, ensuring a smooth transition to consultants.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, providing excellent customer service.
  • Answer client queries regarding services, pricing, and legal processes.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Report on performance and sales metrics to the Sales Manager.
  • Market Research & Feedback:
  • Gather insights from clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve service offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
