Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads within the B2B sector, utilizing various platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional directories, industry specific databases, and online research.
- Outreach & Engagement: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media) to connect with key decision-makers and potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking all leads and interactions in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Initiate and foster relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pest control needs and positioning our services as the ideal solution.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities and refine our outreach strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a B2B lead generation, sales, or business development role, preferably within the service industry.
- Demonstrable experience with different outreach platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, email marketing tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and professional messages.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
