We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive-Upwork to join our sales team and help generate potential leads for our organization. Responsibilities:

-Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork.

-Leverage a strong knowledge of the Upwork platform to identify opportunities.

-Tackle clients professionally, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.

-Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.

-Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.

-Professionally communicate with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.

Requirements:

-Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English

-Strong research and analysis skills

-Demonstrated experience in generating leads, crafting proposals, and bidding on projects
