Business Development Executive (Upwork)

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive (Upwork) to join our team as an Upwork Bidder. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proven track record on freelance platforms, and is eager to make an impact by bringing in exciting international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and evaluate daily project opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with international clients to understand their requirements and build trust.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and project strategies.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and successfully close deals.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for bidding and project acquisition.
  • Explore and expand lead generation channels on various platforms.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh to 1 year of hands-on experience in Up work bidding and freelance business development.
  • Graduate of reputed university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global client interactions.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Capable of managing multiple bids and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in night shift at our Islamabad office.

Location:

Onsite in Islamabad I-11/3.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
