Business Development Executive - Upwork (Design & Animation)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Karāchi office. The Business Development Executive will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as identifying and generating leads on Upwork, acquiring new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong client relationships. Success in this role requires developing strategies to grow MOZACK’s presence and securing high-value design and animation projects.

Requirements

• Proven 3-4 years of experience in Business Development in Design and Animation department
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and previously achieved 8-10 thousand dollars of target
• Effective verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate confidently
• Understanding of business models and principles to strategize for client acquisition and retention
• Experience with freelancing platforms like Upwork is highly preferred
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience in the design, animation is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
