Business Development Executive (USA)

Globe Call Centre is seeking an ambitious and performance-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing digital marketing division. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in sales, client engagement, and global business development within the digital marketing industry.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our international client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and pitch digital marketing services to potential clients across global markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through consistent communication.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and targeted email outreach.
• Develop professional proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for business development and revenue growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving technologies to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably within a digital marketing or IT company).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, PPC, and content marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar lead-generation tools.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Office Location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad.

Office Timings: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am
