
Business Development & Growth Executive Director
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s business development and growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities to expand the company’s services and market presence.

Lead the pursuit and negotiation of strategic partnerships, major contracts, and business agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government entities, and strategic partners.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Lead and mentor the business development team while establishing clear KPIs and performance targets.

Represent the organization in high-level meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements.

Ensure alignment between business development, marketing, and operational teams to drive growth.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

10 –15+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or commercial leadership roles.

Proven track record in driving organizational growth and revenue generation.

Experience leading strategic partnerships and high-value negotiations.

Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth strategies.

Demonstrated leadership experience managing business development teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
