Description

IIRIS is a global risk intelligence and consulting organization providing end-to-end solutions across Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk Advisory, and Consulting Services. We work closely with enterprises to strengthen their security posture and enable informed decision-making across geographies.

The role focuses on driving business development for Information and Cyber Security consulting services across the Middle East, primarily the UAE. The incumbent will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and close strategic deals. Close collaboration with technical teams will be required to deliver effective solutions. The role involves regional travel as per business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling Information & Cyber Security consulting services in the Middle East region (primarily UAE).
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and target accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement discussions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet assigned targets
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare and submit RFQs, RFPs, and RFI responses
  • Create techno-commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams
  • Present solutions and negotiate commercials with clients
  • Manage relationships with IT Heads, CISOs, and key decision-makers
  • Manage existing accounts and drive repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and technical teams
  • Track proposal status, closures, and client feedback
  • Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Travel across Middle East countries as per business requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: B Tech, IT.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Information Security, IT, Cyber Security consultant domain.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Professionals with proven experience in B2B sales / business development within Information Security, Cyber Security, or Consulting services, and strong exposure to the Middle East market.
