Dakia.ai is a fast-growing AI startup incubated at NIC Islamabad with a growing footprint in the U.S. SMB market. We’re building an AI-driven communication and marketing automation platform that helps businesses unify calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email — and use AI to automate sales, support, and insights.

This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founding team of a U.S.-focused AI startup and gain practical experience in building and scaling a global SaaS product.

What You’ll Learn

• How AI and automation are transforming marketing and customer communication.
• Business development and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for U.S.-based businesses (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Email Marketing, Outbound calling).
• Creating and managing outreach campaigns for Dakia.ai.
• Conducting client meetings and assisting with conversions to paid users.
• Research on North American market trends and SMB industries.
• Content creation, storytelling, and brand positioning.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Media Studies, Business, or Communications.
• Strong interest in AI, tech startups, and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn.
• Available for a 3-month onsite internship at NIC Islamabad.
