About the Role

Splash Tech is looking for a motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will support our business growth by conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting in sales and marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Assist in lead generation through online research, social media, networking, and outreach.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and business development documents.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, client databases, and sales records.
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and follow-ups under supervision.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and outreach strategies.
• Track and report progress on key business development activities and performance metrics.
• Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Ability to perform effective research and analyze data.
• Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong self-motivation.
