Business Development Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, and eager to learn client acquisition, lead generation, and business strategy within the IT/tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in lead generation through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other channels
  • Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Support in proposal writing and project bidding
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information
  • Help schedule meetings and follow up with prospects

Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and business development processes
  • Good research and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
