Business Development Intern (Leading to Job)

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic software house. This internship (leading towards a full-time opportunity) offers hands-on experience in business development, client handling, and market research, while contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing business development strategies
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
• Generate leads through freelance platforms and LinkedIn
• Support in building and maintaining client relationships
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and growth targets
• Assist in proposal writing, bidding, and client communication

Requirements

• 3–6 months of relevant experience in business development or sales (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in the tech industry and business development
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
