Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Onsite)

The First Sol is a premium web and mobile app development agency, building high-quality solutions with React, Next.js, Node.js, and React Native. We work with international clients (US focus) and are scaling aggressively.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and expand our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and managing a small team as we scale.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and networking.
  • Create proposals and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; track progress in CRM.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with premium clientage.
  • Collaborate with CEO and team leads to align business strategy with delivery capacity.
  • Train and mentor junior BDs (as the team grows).
  • Provide weekly reports on KPIs, leads, and revenue progress.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the software/web/mobile industry.
  • Strong understanding of international markets (US/Europe).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to draft compelling proposals (Upwork, LinkedIn, direct clients).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-growing startup culture.
