Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with property owners and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure partnerships with individual property owners, real estate developers, and institutional landlords.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence across the UAE and GCC.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, legal, and product for seamless onboarding.
• Maintain an active pipeline, track metrics, and report on business performance.
• Represent Silkhaus at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (real estate or proptech preferred)
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate landscape
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus
• Arabic language skills is an advantage
