Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, and solution selling in the printing, packaging, or gifting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients across sectors (hospitality, retail, education, government, and SMEs).
- Promote and present the company’s products: printing services, packaging solutions, and corporate gifts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.
- Work closely with the design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within printing, packaging, advertising, or corporate gifting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar’s business market and corporate procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
