Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Time: 6 PM to 3 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the US healthcare industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market share within the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including payers, providers, and healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth Strategy:

o Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the US healthcare sector.

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and technology vendors.

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

o Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the US healthcare industry.

o Analyze data to develop actionable insights and inform business decisions.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

o Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.

o Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.

5. Demo Meetings and Product Presentations:

o Conduct demo meetings and product presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients.

o Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each client.

6. Deal Closing:

o Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

o Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.

7. Collaboration and Leadership:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with company goals.

o Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

· Experience:

o Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the US healthcare industry.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

o Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory requirements, payer-provider dynamics, and healthcare technology trends.

· Skills:

o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Preferred:

o Existing network of contacts within the US healthcare industry.

o Experience with healthcare IT, telehealth, or digital health solutions.
