Business Development Manager

As we expand our presence, we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth, secure strategic partnerships, and advance our long-term commercial vision.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be at the forefront of RSL’s expansion efforts — identifying new revenue streams, cultivating relationships with influential decision-makers, and ensuring that all commercial agreements are both profitable and compliant with UAE regulations. This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial insight, market intelligence, and the ability to deliver results in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients in hospitality, travel, logistics, aviation, and other high-value sectors.
  • Develop tailored transportation solutions that address client-specific needs and align with market trends.
  • Execute growth strategies to expand market share and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to contract closure.

Contract & Compliance Management

  • Draft, review, and oversee commercial agreements to ensure legal soundness and commercial viability.
  • Maintain strict adherence to UAE laws, RTA regulations, and internal governance policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to minimize risk and ensure operational alignment.

Vendor & Service Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with key service vendors to ensure SLA compliance and service quality.
  • Negotiate favorable contract terms and oversee timely renewals.
  • Monitor vendor performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior executives and procurement leaders.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor junior sales professionals to build a high-performance commercial team.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of client commitments.
  • Lead business expansion initiatives including service diversification and new market entry.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, business development reports, and pipeline dashboards.
  • Leverage market intelligence and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6–10 years’ proven experience in B2B sales and business development within the UAE.
  • Industry background in transportation, hospitality, logistics, or a related sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE commercial contract practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
