Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth and market expansion for our pest control services. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships while meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in facilities management, pest control, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain corporate client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
