Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Oversee project management activities related to new business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Exceptional project management abilities with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
