Standard Title & Escrow is a growing startup in Arizona, and we are hiring our first Business Development Manager. This is a self-starter role that requires someone entrepreneurial, resourceful, and able to “figure it out” without needing step-by-step direction. As the first hire in this position, you will be responsible for creating the foundation of our sales and business development efforts, shaping how we build relationships in the market, and setting the tone for future growth. The right candidate will thrive in a startup environment, comfortable wearing many hats, building processes from the ground up, and taking ownership of results.

Standard Title & Escrow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with real estate agents and lenders, as well as maintaining and expanding existing relationships. They will work closely with our escrow team to ensure that all parties are fully informed during the escrow process, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with real estate agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with escrow team members to ensure that all parties are fully informed during the escrow process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the escrow transaction.
  • Attend industry events to network and market the company’s services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Must have title sales experience and an established book of business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
