Industry Exposure: Facility Management, Real Estate, Security, or Manpower driven industry

Education: Graduate with an MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience: 6 Years

CTC Budget: 15 LPA

Our Client

Our Client is a prominent Indian Integrated Facility Management and Security Services company with a turnover exceeding INR 700 crores and over 35,000 employees across India. Employees rated the company highly for company culture and job security. They operate pan-India and are expanding with technology products, including the manufacturing of drones.

The Role

We seek a motivated Sales Enthusiast in the Security and Facility Management industry to join us. This role is for Independent Contributors delivering sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. Understanding large contract bidding, RFPs, or proposal building is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve Sales Targets : Responsible for delivering personal sales targets through profitable, client-specific business.

Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term client relationships, negotiate contracts, and increase the new business pipeline.

Sales Funnel Management: Must understand how to generate leads, optimize the sales funnel, and collaborate with the internal team to convert business.

Key Account Management: Strategically align with

key account clients with CRM to ensure organic growth and new business referrals.

Client Engagement: Manage pre-qualification processes, identify prospective client expectations, and design commercial proposals tailored to their needs.

Market Mapping: Conduct research to identify new markets, prospects, customer growth potential, emerging trends, and unique requirements.

Promote Services: Promote the company's services by addressing and predicting client objectives and offering solutions.

Contract Management: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company guidelines.

Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, etc.

After-Sales Support: Provide trustworthy feedback and offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the Security and Facility Management industry or related services.
