Job Title: Business Development Manager – NRI Property Assistance
Location: Pune, India
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹43,000 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Pune. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist and manage properties owned by Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), while identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for NRI clients regarding their property requirements and management.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions for property assistance, including sales, rentals, and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with NRI clients, brokers, and property consultants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of property-related services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with real estate trends and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, client interactions, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) / MBA preferred.
- Proven experience of 4–7 years in business development, client relations, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with NRI clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is an added advantage.
