Job Title: Business Development Manager


Description: I(TS)² is looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager responsible for a specific industry within the Saudi Arabia market. This role involves identifying new opportunities for I(TS)² products and services and coordinating activities with the management of I(TS)² and our vendor partners. The Business Development Manager will be supported by strong marketing activities, an excellent reputation, and strong references in the Saudi market, along with a large team of outstanding security experts. Responsibilities include engaging with target customers, introducing I(TS)² and its product portfolio by phone, email, and meetings, and serving as a continuous point of contact for customers.


  • Minimum 5-7 successful years of experience in KSA in IT networking or information security.
  • Strong experience in doing presentations, demonstrations, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, Tenders, etc.
  • Experience in identifying decision-makers and stakeholders as well as in management-level discussions and negotiations.
  • Experience with key Information Security tools, vendors, such as Splunk, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, etc.


Requirements :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the KSA, focusing on establishing a strong market presence and driving revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of assigned territory, connect with CIO/CISO to create, and grow opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for existing clients and prospects to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Structure market, customers, and opportunities to prioritize activities.
  • Identify new opportunities and take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Generate incremental revenue streams and coordinate PoC’s and tender processes.
  • Maintain and enhance existing business relationships.

  • Target and prioritize prospects across all industries within specific territory, build sales plan that align objectives to target and grow the business.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, within target organizations to understand their cyber security needs and present our product offerings effectively.
  • Identify and target potential customers who require cyber security solutions. Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Deep understanding of the core technologies, industry trends shaping the Cyber Security market in the assigned territories.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Conduct research and market analysis of potential opportunities within defined territory.
  • Support and participate in customer meetings to develop relationships and understand prospects' businesses.
  • Build sales plans that align objectives to target and grow the business.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Manage the creation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the business and increase revenue.
  • Accountability for min. USD 5 million revenue per year
  • Support the finance team in collecting accounts receivables.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of I(TS)² Solution products, sales strategies, value propositions, and competition.


Educational Level:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field, or comparable experience.


Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 successful years of experience in Riyadh/KSA in IT networking or information security.
  • Sales certification from various vendors.
  • Strong experience in presentations, demonstrations, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs and tenders.
  • Experience in identifying decision-makers and stakeholders and in management-level discussions and negotiations.
  • Experience with key Information Security tools and vendors, such as Splunk, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, etc.
  • Ability to manage CXO-level relationships.
  • Good understanding of management systems, ISMS, and BCMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of NCA and SAMA regulations and frameworks.
  • Ability and commitment to manage long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding customer cybersecurity requirements and mapping appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, and security platforms like SIEM and SOAR is an advantage.
  • Flexible work approach based on job requirements.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
