Our key client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the UAE interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of clients across commercial, retail, residential or hospitality sectors, and a deep understanding of project sales from concept to completion. They should be confident in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals, while collaborating closely with design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction. Immediate availability is preferred, along with excellent communication skills, a UAE driving license, and the ability to activate business quickly in a competitive market

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, retail, residential and hospitality fit-out sectors

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

• Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior fit-out business development within the UAE

• Strong network of industry contacts and client leads

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• UAE driving license preferred
