To support our strategic growth, we are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Saudi Business Development Manager to lead our expansion and community engagement efforts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in the North Riyadh Region. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for daily sales operations, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. They will also assist in training new sales staff, managing sales targets, and working closely with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For:

• Strategic Partnerships: Developing and securing strategic partnerships, with a strong preference for candidates who have existing connections and relationships with local schools and educational institutions.
• Parent & Community Engagement: Serving as a key point of contact for our community, effectively communicating with parents to understand their needs and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
• Market Insight: Conducting in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and inform our business strategy.
• Branch Performance: Taking ownership of the branch's commercial success, overseeing key performance indicators, and implementing strategies to drive growth, retention, and operational excellence.

Preferred Additional Skills (A Plus):

Experience in Graphic Design, Videography, or Event Management is highly valued and will be utilized to enhance our marketing and community initiatives.

• Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
